Right now, I am wondering one thing... what happened to the time?
I had all these ideas of how the past month would go, and I honestly have not accomplished very much -if anything- on my huge list. Does this sound familiar to you?
My sister came to visit for several days in mid-May and that forced me to stop everything and just enjoy the time with her. It was wonderful! The act of letting go of the 'parade' I was orchestrating, was such an eye-opener. Life went on at work, design projects weren't competed but the world didn't fall apart. How fascinating and wonderful. I think I needed to see that the way I was looking at things was way off.
Now I'm getting ready to start summer classes tomorrow and I'm looking forward to applying this new outlook.
So, in honor of those sweet moments where life reminds us that time is nothing more than just another 'thing' to view as a burden or an opportunity.... here are some lovely pictures taken over the last couple of weeks.
And this one I can't resist (it was taken a couple of months ago);
I hope you have enjoyed the scenery in this blog post and perhaps you can catch a little moment or two to take a nice big calm, deep breath,... followed by a smile.
:0)

I am always wondering the same things. Your photos are truly beautiful.

Thanks Janee, I am sitting here this morning taking a nice break instead of wondering where the time is going :)
ReplyDeleteYour photography is amazing, I love, love, love the bee in the flower having his breakfast.
I have found that everything will be there when I get back and if it isn't well it wasn't worth it. LOL I am so tired of trying to play catch up I just refuse....
